Greg Swartz is a 30 plus year veteran of the real estate industry.  He has extensive experience in real estate sales, brokerage and management.  He, along with his brother Dan, had their “15 minutes of fame” in the early 80’s twice becoming the number one office in the United States with a national real estate company.  He then co-founded “Swartz Brothers” in 1983 along with his brothers Dan and Mike.

Licenses: Real Estate Sales and Subdivided land since 1977 in Minnesota. Also licensed in North and South Dakota. Certified General Appraiser license in Minnesota.

Education: B.A. from St. Cloud State University in Philosophy and Psychology (and is still wondering), ongoing real estate education (or never ending), various schools including hard knocks.
